From the NYS Thruway:

From Syracuse and East:

Take 90W to Exit 46 (Henrietta). Take the cloverleaf for 390N, but do not get on 390N—instead, at the end of the ramp turn right at the sign for the entrance to Route 15/Route 253. At the base of this ramp turn left onto Lehigh Station Road. Continue straight through two stoplights. You will pass a Wendy’s on your left when you cross Route 15. 1.9 miles past that intersection the road will “T” at a light. Turn left onto East River Road. Go 1.3 miles and cross back over the Thruway. At the stoplight after the Thruway turn right onto Route 253. Proceed 2.1 miles to the stoplight in Scottsville. Continue straight another 1 mile. At the stop sign, turn right onto Route 386 (Chili-Scottsville Road). The clinic is about 1.6 miles on the left, and is the third driveway past the Thruway overpass.

From Buffalo and West:

Take 90E to Exit 47 (Leroy). Go south for a short way on Route 19 and cross over the Thruway bridge associated with the exit. Take an immediate left onto North Road. Proceed about 5 miles on North Road, until you cross Route 36 at a stop sign. Continue straight another 5 miles and turn left on to Route 386 (Chili-Scottsville Road). The clinic is about 1.6 miles on the left, and is the third driveway past the Thruway overpass.

From Route 490
From the East:

Take Route 490W to Exit 4 (Route 259/Union Street). Turn left and go 2.6 miles on Union Street, passing Black Creek Park on your right. At the end of the park border, turn left onto Morgan Road, and proceed 0.8 mile to a stop sign. Turn right onto Route 386. The clinic is 0.5 mile on the right.

From the West:

Take Route 490E to Exit 4 (Route 259/Union Street). Turn right and go 2.6 miles on Union Street, passing Black Creek Park on your right. At the end of the park border, turn left onto Morgan Road, and proceed 0.8 mile to a stop sign. Turn right onto Route 386. The clinic is 0.5 mile on the right.

From Route 390
From the North:

Take Route 390S to Exit 17 (Scottsville Road). Turn right and head south, crossing Jefferson Road (Route 252). Continue about 4 miles and turn right onto Morgan Road, a small road just past a small cobblestone house. Proceed about 3 miles to a stop sign, and turn left onto Route 386. The clinic is 0.5 mile on the right.

From the South:

Take Route 390N to Exit 11 (Rush). At the exit, turn left onto Route 251 and procede west for approximately 5 miles. Go straight through the flashing light at East River Road, then turn right on West River Road and procede straight through the village of Scottsville to the stop light at North Road. At the light turn left on North Road for 1 mile. The Wheatland Chili High School will be on your left. Turn right at the stop sign on Route 386 (Chili Scottsville Road). Genesee Valley Equine is 1.6 miles on the left, the third driveway past the Thruway overpass.

From Routes 5 & 20
From the East:

Take Routes 5 & 20 through Lima and around the circle in Avon and cross over the Genesee River bridge. Proceed west 1.5 miles to River Road (just past “Great Locations Modular Homes”). Turn right onto River Road. Go 8 miles until you come to Scottsville. Proceed straight through the stop sign. Turn left at the light. Continue west 1 mile past the Wheatland-Chili High School. At the stop sign turn right onto Route 386 (Chili-Scottsville Road). The clinic is 1.6 miles on the left, and is the third driveway past the Thruway overpass.

From the West:

Take Route 5 to Caledonia and turn left at the monument onto Route 36 North. Continue through Mumford 4.2 miles—the route will become Route 383. At the intersection of 383 and Wheatland Center Road, there is a blinking light. Turn left onto Wheatland Center Road and go 0.4 mile to the stop sign. Turn right onto North Road and go 2.5 miles to a stop sign. Turn left onto Route 386 (Chili-Scottsville Road). The clinic will be about 1.6 miles on the left and is the third driveway past the Thruway overpass.
