Kathy has been with GVEC over 25 years. Having transitioned through three owners, Kathy has seen a great deal of change. After beginning her GVEC career as sole receptionist, her role has evolved. Kathy currently is responsible for accounts payable and accounts receivable.

Client Service Representative
Laura has been with GVEC since our hospital opened in 1997. Laura provides phone service to help our clients meet their horse’s needs. Laura also oversees our student externship program.

Client Service Representative
Julie has grown with GVEC’s expanding needs since starting part-time in 1999. Julie responds to client requests in the office and on the phone.
Kellie H.
Licensed Veterinary Technician
Kellie joined GVEC in 2006 after graduating from SUNY Alfred. Kellie performs in-house laboratory tests and tends to in-house patients.
Kristy T.
Office Manager, Licensed Veterinary Technician
Kristy joined GVEC in May 2018. Kristy graduated from Delaware Valley University in 2011 with a B.S. in Equine Science & Management and received her A.A.S in Veterinary Technology from Genesee Community College in 2014. Kristy splits her time between veterinary technician duties, assisting clients over the phone, and overseeing the daily management of the office.

Katie has been with GVEC since March 2022. Katie graduated with a B. Tech. in Animal Science with Equine Concentration from SUNY Cobleskill in 2012. She then graduated from Medaille University’s Veterinary Technician program in 2022. Katie handles client requests in the office and assists the veterinarians with in-house patients.
Erin C.
Licensed Veterinary Technician
Erin has been with GVEC since July 2023. She graduated from SUNY Morrisville with a B.Tech. in Equine Science with Reproduction focus in 2020. She then graduated from Medaille University with an A.A.S. in Veterinary Technology in August of 2023 and passed the licensing exam shortly after. Erin tends to laboratory work, in-house patient care, and assisting the veterinarians at farm calls.

Katelyn has been with GVEC since April 2024. Katelyn cares for our in-house patients and assists the veterinarian on the road.

Carla has been with GVEC since April 2024. Carla handles client requests in the office and over the phone.

Katie has been with GVEC since August 2024. She graduated from SUNY Morrisville with an A.A.S. in Equine Management in 2018, and again with a B.Tech. in Equine Science with a Rehabilitation focus in 2020. She then obtained her A.A.S. in Veterinary Technology from Penn Foster in March 2024. Katie tends to laboratory work, in-house patient care, and assisting the veterinarians at farm calls.
Jordan H.
Licensed Veterinary Technician
Jordan has been with GVEC since May 2025. She graduated from SUNY Alfred State College with an A.A.S. in Veterinary Technology in May of 2025 and obtained her license shortly after. Jordan tends to laboratory work, in-house patient care, and assisting the veterinarians at farm calls.

Elena has been with GVEC since May 2025. She graduated from SUNY Geneseo in 2009 and went on to run a boarding and training facility in Honeoye Falls. Elena handles client requests in the office and on the phone, and assists the veterinarians with in-house patients.

Clinic Assistant
Lindsey has been with GVEC since June 2025. Lindsey handles client requests in the office and on the phone. She also assists the veterinarians both with in-house patients and out on the road.
